This is a course that allows you to enjoy 8 dishes.The meal begins with four pieces of sashimi and a Japanese appetizer that allow you to enjoy the flavors of the season, followed by plump scallops stir-fried in oyster oil and four pieces of freshly fried tempura, followed by a selection of carefully selected dishes.Enjoy the Western-style pork demi-glace sauce and three pieces of fresh sushi to finish off your meal.
